Term Dates

Each academic year consists of three terms, with each approximately 11 to 12 weeks each. There is a half-term break week midway through each term.

* The studio will be closed during half-term break weeks.

Tuition Fees

Tuition for the Core atelier programme 2025-2026 is £10,500.

Tuition Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit: New students must pay a 20% deposit of their first term’s fees within 2 weeks of acceptance notification (Deposit is non-refundable)

  • Autumn Term payment: £3,500 due by August 1

  • Winter Term payment: £3,500 due by December 1

  • Spring/Summer Term payment: £3500 due by March 1

Students are required to keep their financial accounts current in order to keep attending the course.

Your tuition includes VAT, model fees, and uninstructed open studio hours before and after class Monday – Friday (studio will be available to use from 9am - 6pm), and Saturdays & Sundays 10am-4pm. These open studio hours are uninstructed by design to encourage students to further explore working independently or collaboratively among themselves.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer and credit card via Stripe, Paypal and GoCardless. BACS is preferred.


Credit card payments: there will be a 5% processing fee on top of tuition payment.

Fees

A £50 per week late fee will be charged for late payments.


Withdrawal/Refunds

If an artist wishes to stop their participation on the course at any time, the office must receive written notification by email. In the event of early withdrawal from the course, artists will forfeit their paid fees.
